How Invincible Mind Started
Those of us who suffer from anxiety know how hard it can be to see the light at the end of the tunnel. Often, we’ve spent many months or even years in therapy only to see marginal benefits, and we ultimately still feel isolated, frustrated, and unable to live the life we want to.
This was the exact situation I experienced.
I was desperate for a way to proactively manage anxiety and put control back in my hands.

So, over many years of experimentation, reading research, and talking to lots of other anxiety sufferers I discovered there were several areas that REALLY had an impact on decreasing anxiety, and most of these areas were within my ability to control.
​
By understanding how often overlooked lifestyle elements, such as sleep, exercise and diet, and their relationship to anxiety, I built a personal “anti-anxiety” programme that provided me with real results. For the first time in years, I had a clear and working solution for reducing my anxiety.
​
Honestly, I was surprised at how a few simple lifestyle changes and changing how I viewed anxiety made such a huge impact. I was also a little mad at myself for wasting so many years (and money!) in therapy.

Friends noticed a change in me almost instantly.
​
When they asked me what had changed, I rattled off all the simple changes I had made. Several asked me If I could share a programme for them to follow, which I happily obliged, as I wanted others to feel as great as I did. The only thing I asked was that they hold themselves accountable, as anxiety recovery is not a passive process, but rather one that requires proactiveness.
